Glyn realised that it would be difficult to source his scotch bonnet peppers in large quantities for his sauces, and desired to keep all of his ingredients locally sourced. In early 2010, he decided to bottle it up and sell it.
The Norfolk Heatwave brand is founded by Glyn Kirpalani, who started making his hot chilli sauces using all fresh, natural ingredients. Colman's Mustard Shop & Museum is proud to stock a large range of local products from suppliers in Norfolk and East Anglia, and also stocks some of the best British mustards and sauces from further afield.
